EK and Findings


It is our Policy that item/s being returned should be sent to our Showroom address within 30 days of the Invoice date.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange on item/s returned more than 30 days after the Invoice date, but it/they may qualify (at our discretion) for a partial refund.

To be eligible for a full refund (excluding shipping costs), your item must:-

• be unused;
• be in the same condition that you received it in;
• be in its original packaging; and
• A copy of the Invoice must be returned with the item.

Refunds: (if applicable)

On receipt of your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received and inspected your returned item/s, and whether or not it/they has/have been approved or rejected for a refund. The reason/s for the rejection will be listed in this email.

If you are approved then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Partial refunds are granted in certain situations (if applicable), such as:

• Goods with obvious signs of use;
• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error; and
• Any items that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please contact us if you have not received your refund, after doing the following:

• Checking your bank account, then contact your bank (as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted; and/or
• Contact your credit card company (as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)

Refunds do not apply to sale items.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email regarding this and return the defective/damaged item to our Showroom address.


To return your item/s, you should mail your product to our Showroom address.

You will be responsible for the payment of your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
